What is turkey tail?
Turkey tail is one of the most common mushrooms in the world, growing on dead logs in striped, fan-shaped layers that look like a turkey's tail feathers. It is naturally rich in beta-glucans, a type of fibre.
Traditional use
Turkey tail has been used in Chinese and Japanese traditional practice for centuries, usually as a tea, as part of everyday wellness routines.
What research is looking at
