How much does delivery cost in South Africa?
Standard delivery (3–5 working days) is R100 and Express delivery (2–3 working days) is R150. On orders of R2,000 or more, Standard delivery is free and Express is just R75.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Standard delivery within South Africa is free on all orders of R2,000 or more. Need it faster? Express delivery on those orders is only R75.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, after which the delivery time for your chosen option applies. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, at flat rates per zone: Zone 1 Africa R1,040, Zone 2 Europe & Asia R1,300, Zone 3 North America R1,415 and Zone 4 Rest of World R1,850.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on the courier's website.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons we can’t accept opened or used products, unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect: let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos. Please contact us on info@elevatesupplements.co.za or WhatsApp before sending anything back. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected. Full details are in our refund policy.
Taking your gummies
How many gummies should I take a day?
For most of our gummies, it is 1 gummy a day. Creatine Gummies are taken at 3 gummies a day. Always follow the directions on the label and do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
Should I take them with or without food?
Our gummies can be taken with or without food. Choose a time that fits your daily routine so it is easy to stay consistent.
Can I combine different gummies?
Many customers combine gummies to suit their day. Check each label so you do not double up on the same ingredient, and speak to a healthcare professional if you are unsure. Build Your Routine lets you pick any 3 tubs and save 10%.
Are your gummies safe for everyone?
Our gummies are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

Are your gummies sugar-free and vegan?
Yes. All our gummies are sugar-free (sweetened with stevia, maltitol and isomalt), vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. They are made with plant-based pectin instead of gelatine.
What do they taste like and how many calories are in a gummy?
Every gummy has a mixed fruit flavour and contains 15 kcal.
How should I store my gummies?
Store your gummies below 25°C in a cool, dry place with the lid closed.
