How to Use
Take 1 I AM PAIN FREE, 1 Cordyceps and 1 Sceletium gummy daily, with or without food. On round days, have them with breakfast before you tee off. Do not use with antidepressants or other mood medication, as sceletium may interact with them. Consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, on medication (including blood thinners), or if you have an autoimmune condition.

How long does one bundle last?
A month. Each tub holds 30 gummies, and you take one of each a day.
When should I take them on a round day?
With breakfast, before you tee off. On other days, take them any time, with or without food.
Can I buy the gummies separately?
Yes. I AM PAIN FREE, Cordyceps and Sceletium each come in 10- and 30-gummy sizes. The bundle costs 10% less than buying the three 30-gummy tubs on their own.

How many should I take?
Follow the serving on the label and in the product details. For most of our gummies that's one a day. Please don't take more than the stated serving.
