How to Use
Take 1 of each gummy daily, preferably with a meal. Not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Do not use with antidepressants or other mood medication, as sceletium may interact with them. How long does one bundle last?
A month. Each tub holds 30 gummies, and she takes one of each a day.

Is Mom Mode suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
No. It contains ashwagandha and sceletium, so it is not for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you're shopping for a new mom, check with her healthcare provider first.

Yes. I AM CALM, Tremella and I AM IMMUNE each come in 10- and 30-gummy sizes. The bundle costs 10% less than buying the three 30-gummy tubs on their own.

Please speak to your healthcare provider before using any supplement if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or managing a health condition.
How should I store them?
