How long does one bundle last?
A month. Each tub holds 30 gummies, and he takes one of each a day.

Can he take I AM ASLEEP after a few beers?
No. I AM ASLEEP may cause drowsiness, so it shouldn't be combined with alcohol or sleep medication, and he shouldn't drive after taking it. Save it for the nights off.

Yes. Shilajit, I AM PAIN FREE and I AM ASLEEP each come in 10- and 30-gummy sizes. The bundle costs 10% less than buying the three 30-gummy tubs on their own.
